A BILL to repeal §48-2-604 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to marriage license fees.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 2. MARRIAGES.

§1. Repeal of section relating to additional fee to be collected for each marriage license issued.

    §48-2-604 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.
